How can I book a stand?

If you go to the ‘Exhibition’ section under the heading ‘Registration’ of the website, you will be able to view the online exhibiting enquiry form. You just need to fill the form and submit to us and our sales team will attend you in 24 hrs. . Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact our Sales team.


How can I access the Online Exhibitor Manual Form?

As an exhibitor you are entitled to access to the Online Exhibitor Manual Form. This Form Contains information on essential Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand, and also the facility to publish your company details on the Exhibitor Catalogue. You can download it from our show website available at home page.


Do I need to organize exhibitor name badges for our colleagues?

Yes, you need to fill up the Exhibitor Registration Form (No. 7 of Exhibitor Manual), and send it to us via email or fax.


How do I get my exhibitor badge?

Exhibitor badges must be ordered by completing and submitting a form in the Exhibitor badges form that is part of the Exhibitor Manual Form as detailed above. If you have requested and not received your Exhibitor badges please contact us.


Where and when do I pick up name badges, tickets, etc?

The Exhibitor Kit containing all name badges, tickets etc for your company will be available for collection from the registration desk on the set up day. One person from your company will be required to sign on collection.


What name will appear on the exhibitor name badges?

The exhibitor names badges carry your and your company name as indicated on the application form. Name badges must be worn at all times.


What name will appear on the exhibition booth fascia board?

Please refer to the Fascia Name Form (No. 4) of the Exhibitor Manual which can be downloaded from this website. Complete the "Fascia Name Form" and send to the exhibition organizer. If you do not return this form by the due date, the company name you nominated on your original booking form will be
used.


What does a standard exhibition booth include? And how do I organize furniture hire, additional lighting, and electronics for my booth?

What are the build up and break down times?

Build up timing for raw space – 30th December 2009 1200hrs. Build up timing for Shell scheme – 2nd December 2009 1200hrs. Break down 5th December 2009 - 1800hrs. Removal of exhibits should be completed by 6th December 2009 - 0200hrs.

What is a 'shell scheme; and what does 'space-only' mean?

Rate: 300 US$ per sqm /10,000 INR per sqm
Plus Service Tax Extra (10.3%)
Includes space plus basic exhibition stand for each 9 sqm comprising of white walls, carpet,3 Sport light, name board in English, 1 (15 amp electrical socket),1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Dustbin.
*Please note the minimum stand size is 9 sqm.

Rate: 250 US$ per sqm/9,000 INR per sqm

Use your own suppliers to design and construct a stand to meet your requirements. Power supply is sold separately. The laid down stand fitting rules and regulations need to be adhered to – a copy is available on request.
*Please note the minimum stand size is 36 sqm.

What security will be provided for the exhibition booths over night?

General security arrangements for the exhibition will be controlled by the organiser’s during the build up time and during the exhibition, hall will be sealed after closing time.


What are the opening times of the exhibition?

3rd & 4th December 2009 Opening 10:00 – Closing 18:00 & 5th December 2009 Opening 10:00 – Closing 17:30.


How can I register as a visitor for the event?

Simply by clicking on 'Registration' button and completing the registration form.


How do I register for just one day?

There is no need to select which day you are attending your badge will allow
you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.


How much does it cost?

There is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the three days of the show.


Is India Telecom 2009 a trade show?

Yes, it is a trade show for people looking to source information on and/or order products and services to assist their business.


When will I receive my badge?

After showing your registration letter / Invitee Ticket you will receive your badge and visitor pack from our registration counter at the exhibition venue. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to the show.


What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered and doesn't have a ticket?

People who don't register in advance and don't have a ticket will be required to fill up the registration form at our registration counter during the exhibition.

How do I obtain a visa letter?

For visa invitation letters for visitors you send us a request with all details related to your visa & passport and we will fax your invitation to you.
